Manufacturing Supervisor Ii (Antofagasta)

Manage the Production activities by planning, implementing, monitoring, improving and coordinating with other functions for smooth and effective productions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all issues related production (Safety, Production activities, Productivity, Product Quality, Manufacturing Cost and other KPI...) in the responsible working shift.
• Monitor the implementation of safety regulations and guidance.
• Implement the guidance from top managements on strategy/ planning related to output/ productivity and headcount.
• Make sure all employees in the responsible shift strictly follow up the standard of procedure.
• Examine and propose improvements in efficiency for the production line.
• Make sure delivery high quality and lower cost parts to customer on time.
• Daily meeting with all relevant team to report the production situation of previous day and make plan and set goal for daily production.
