Medtronic, a leading global company in the MedTech domain, is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor responsible for running and transforming the business within the Swiss Manufacturing Operational site (SMO). In the role you will lead manufacturing operations, provide strategic recommendations on staffing and business needs, commit to value stream accountability, lead change, develop teams, coach and train, cultivate an inclusive work environment, address ethical concerns, manage absenteeism and performance, and implement Medtronic Performance System (MPS) tools.
