JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Supervises production activities to ensure products are processed according to established standards and procedures.
• Coordinates with R & D in the processing of new product formulations.
• Prepares production operational hours and shift schedules and for batch processes.
• Plans and implements realignment of manpower and equipment resources if necessary to meet production schedule.
• Conducts analysis and reviews performance of nonconforming products.
• Ensures all production batches are processed on time and conforms to specifications set by Quality.
• Conducts root cause analysis for paint non-conforming batches.
• Monitors daily production goals and targets.
• Reviews trial results for new formulations to prevent potential errors on bubble buildup, discoloration, gloss, pigment shock, whiteness index and risk of contamination.
