Manufacturing Team Lead Core 2nd Shift 2pm to 10pm (P)

**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Will be working with the Team to ensure that the Core product is moving
through the designated milestones, ensuring that the operators are safe, and
remain focused on their daily work lists, and that engineering, quality, safety
or management help is provided when issues arise. As the first point of contact
for the operators, the Team Lead will help problem solve and keep parts moving
assuring that the team can accomplish its goals.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

+ Performing worksafely by following all safety rules and providing recommendations to makethe Core Department a safe work environment, partnering with the Coredepartment supervisor to create a daily plan to meet Production targets.
+ Creating andassigning work lists for each employee in the department, ensuring thatemployees remain productive, and produce quality work while performingdirect production work 50% of the time.
