SUMMARY



The Shipping Team Lead works in the shipping department assisting the shipping manager. Leads by example with safety ensuring the quality of the products produced and packaged meet or exceed department goals and trains new or inexperienced employees.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


+ Demonstrated good supervisory skills, training skills and the ability to lead other employees in a Team environment.
