**Manufacturing Technician 1**
Responsible for providing technical support to the production line, support on the development and improvement of processes, tools and
equipment of the Manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.
**Your role:**
+ Basic understanding of product functionality, including support for first pass yield calculations and productivity analysis to improve efficiency.
+ Active participation in daily management meetings, Gemba walks, and collaboration with operators, supervisors, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
+ Support manufacturing processes through validation activities, troubleshooting (scrap analysis), TMVs, and adherence to safety practices.
+ Contribute to quality and continuous improvement initiatives, including CAPA, NCRs, CIPs, and general problem-solving activities.
