***Full-Time Job ***

• Global MNC- Company Expanding
• Working Location: West Area for Training, 2mth later will base in North Area
• 5 days work (Office Hours) after will transfer to 4334 (Rotating day & Night shift)
• Bonuses: AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities

• Perform wafer testing according to process and quality requirements
• Conduct AOI and visual inspection to identify defects
• Execute die sorting based on test results and specifications
• Support wafer dicing operations and ensure proper handling
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and cleanroom safety rules
• SINGAPOREAN ONLY
