Role Overview
The Manufacturing Test Engineer is a key individual contributor responsible for ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable test and calibration processes for new and existing Fluke products. This role operates with moderate to high autonomy, regularly interfaces with contract manufacturers and global design teams, and plays a critical role in driving quality improvements through structured problem solving and effective technical communication.
The successful candidate combines hands-on troubleshooting capability, a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, and the ability to clearly define and escalate complex technical issues to cross‑functional partners, including design engineering teams in the United States.
