Job Overview

The Manager I Test Engineering is responsible for overseeing the testing processes and activities within the test engineering department. This position involves managing a team of test engineers and technicians, developing, and implementing test strategies, and ensuring that products meet quality and performance standards. The Manager I Test Engineering collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve testing methodologies and deliver high-quality products while meeting project timelines and budget constraints. (Electro Industries is owned and operated by Hubbell Incoporated but operates under the Electro Industries /Guagetech (EIG) name).

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process. The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 annually and offers a competitive benefits package.
