In OE department the Value Stream Manager position has been setup to drive Make & Install end to end process optimization within ASML globally in order to meet the business priorities and create more value for our customers.

Role and responsibilities

Key responsibility for the OE Value Stream Manager is to set up an effective Value Stream structure to drive key decision processes and breakthrough initiatives and to orchestrate change initiatives with the different sectors as well as manage the organizational changes for Linkou Factory.
