Manufacturing/Process Engineer

Bachelor's Degree in engineering - Mechanical (preferred), Chemical, Electrical, or Textiles.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Visa Laser, and availability to travel to USA
- Minimum of 3 years of experience debugging and commissioning new manufacturing equipment.
- Demonstrated track record solving challenging manufacturing problems by re-imagining manufacturing equipment and/or manufacturing process.
- Strong work ethic and persistent approach to overcome manufacturing challenges.
- Ability to interface with and effectively communicate with a broad range of customers, cross functional teams, as well as executive management.
- Proficient in Excel, capable of building necessary models for analysis and presentation.
- Excellent critical thinking skills, persistence, and ability to think on your feet while continuously driving a team to achieve company goals.
