Our Distribution & Business Support teams collectively support the growth and effectiveness of Manulife’s distribution channels through business enablement, sales initiatives, strategic partnerships, data analysis, and agency communications.

This co-op internship opportunity spans **four departments within Manulife’s Distribution business** , you will have a chance to join one of the key functions, including:

+ **Channel Business Enablement** This team supports agency distribution by enhancing business processes, strengthening execution capabilities, and enabling business initiatives through research, reporting, and cross‑functional project coordination. Interns gain exposure to agency operations and internal business enablement initiatives.
