Become a key player in the AdminAdvantage team at Manulife as a Benefits Administrator, enhancing benefits administration for a hybrid role in Waterloo, Ontario.
The successful candidate will manage daily operations and client requests related to member eligibility. A strong focus on customer experience, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various teams, will ensure top-tier service for clients and their members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee plan administration for large clients effectively
• Handle daily processing of eligibility requests
