Quality & Company is hiring a CNC Programmer to work in our Maple, Ontario manufacturing facility. Utilize your CNC programming skills to create custom furniture designs for the hospitality industry.
In this full-time permanent position, you will be responsible for interpreting technical blueprints, creating 2D and 3D models, and ensuring accurate CNC toolpaths. With 2-3 years of relevant experience, you play a vital role in maintaining quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and create technical blueprints for CNC machines
• Develop 2D and 3D drawings converting to CNC toolpaths
• Load tools and manage workflows in the modeling software
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and CNC operation issues
• Execute quality control throughout production stages
