Job Description

Responsibilities – City Expert


  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to support project goals

  • Create city-level transit data policies based on local market needs and regulations

  • Identify user expectations, data gaps, and transit-related issues

  • Improve transit data models using local knowledge of transportation systems

  • Validate and review updated transit data

  • Edit and maintain different types of transit data

  • Resolve complex mapping and transit data issues

  • Support Program Managers in communication with data providers and partners

  • Conduct field research to verify transit information and user issues

  • Support outage and alert management for assigned cities

  • Manage city-specific data pipelines using internal platforms and basic programming skills
