Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead role-to-position mapping within a complex organizational environment. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation skills, and the ability to proactively manage risks while ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead role-to-position mapping across complex organizational structures
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and workshops
• Identify potential challenges and propose effective mitigation plans
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery of all project outputs

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in role mapping, workforce transformation, or organizational design
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
