Marine Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Reports to the Marine Manager

• Maintain update the list of certifications list for vessels assigned.
• Monitor and maintain the Q88 of assigned vessels
• Maintain and update the list of Navigational equipment and inventory of assigned vessels.
• Maintain and update list of flag, class and company circulars.
• Assist in the development, implementation and continuously review operational plans for the handling of emergency shipboard situations at sea and in port
• Assist in respond to emergency situations on vessels if necessary
• Assisting in review Office and Shipboard management practices, systems and procedures for efficiency to propose opportunities for enhancements
