Begin your marine electrical career in one of New Zealand’s most unique environments. Based at the Devonport Navy Base, you’ll work alongside skilled professionals and gain exposure to an incredible range of vessels—Navy ships one day, superyachts or research craft the next. This is hands‑on training in a dynamic setting where no two days look the same.

Expect variety and challenge. You might be installing and maintaining electrical systems, fault‑finding and repairing onboard equipment, or assisting with drydock operations.
