About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marine Electrician to join our team at Phil Wave Boat Builder Co. Ltd. in Tanza, Cavite. As a full-time Marine Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the electrical systems on our fleet of boats, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on a variety of marine vessels
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components
• Install and upgrade electrical equipment and systems
• Ensure all electrical work meets relevant safety standards and regulations
• Document all maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve complex electrical problems
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior electricians
