Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Marine Field Worker (Autonomous Surface Vehicle) for the New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station.

Among the key duties of this position are the following:
  • Assists in the operation, data collection, and post-mission data processing of the Jacques Cousteau Reserve’s Autonomous Surface Vehicle (a SeaRobotics M1.8 Surveyor ASV) and associated sensors including Edgetech 2205 Sonar Systemand a Velodyne LiDAR puck.
  • FLSA Nonexempt Salary Details $20 - $25 per hour Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. We also take into consideration market benchmarks, if and when appropriate, and internal equity to ensure fair compensation relative to the university’s broader compensation structure....
