• Overall responsible for the daily crewing operations of assigned account/s
• Directly report to the General Manager on crewing operation matters
• Exercise leadership as mentioned in the Corporate Policy
• Maintain an overall commitment to WSM Quality System.
• Review and propose any required change / amendments in GIMS documentation process
• Conduct weekly operational meetings on handled accounts
• Motivate staff on overall efficiency and integrity of the operations department
• Assist in the formulation of directives concerning qualifications and proposals regarding possible promotions of office staff and seafarers.
• Conduct performance appraisal of Marine Personnel Senior Specialist/s annually and ensure they perform the same to their subordinates.
