  The Marine Personnel Specialist will support the wider Personnel Operations Team, bringing Personnel expertise within our head office and ensuring the provision of long-term crew planning and scheduling, crew engagement, executed with a focus on qualified, experienced, and competent seafarers. The role holder will ensure compliance against company and client requirements for all technically managed vessels. 
  Key Responsibilities 
 Responsibility for crew scheduling of our technical managed fleet, ensuring sufficient crew to meet commercial and client demands.
 Effective liaison with the crew management team as well as the operations department and recruitment to plan seafarer rotations and maintain manning levels within budget fleet wide.
 Ensure ships have the appropriate balance of necessary vessel type experience and OCIMF / Owner matrix compliance.
