Purpose

• Ensure that all deployed seafarers are properly and completely documented.

Main responsibilities and tasks

• Ensure that planned seafarers hold valid, complete and compliant mandatory and statutory Certificates, Documents and Licenses, including Australian MCV.
• Preparation and issuance of employment contract, Seafarer's Employment Agreement (SEA), and Allotment Agreement
• Preparation and issuance of extension employment contract, and Seafarer's Employment Agreement (SEA) for crew on board
• Monitoring of validity of Oversees Employment Certificate (OEC).
• Initiate and coordinate timely cancellation/reprocessing of crew's employment contract with Crew Support Services.
• Ensure that planned seafarers have undergone requisite value-added Training per Client's...
