Job Description
- Connect with existing customers through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to maintain strong business relationships.
- Arrange, attend, and follow up on business meetings with clients.
- Promote HSM's capabilities and specializations, introduce new services, assess customer requirements, and highlight key strategic locations served.
- Identify and develop new customers through websites, LinkedIn, and cold calling; send introductory emails to potential clients.
- Build, update, and maintain a structured database for business development activities.
- Research shipping companies and vessel ownership using platforms such as MagicPort, Equasis, and MarineTraffic.
- Analyze vessel port call history and global port rotation to identify business opportunities.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, follow up on quotations, and work towards converting them into purchase orders.
