Are you the right fit to be Valmet’s new Field Service Engineer in the Marine Industry?
We are seeking an experienced Automation Service Engineer who will perform Services on Advanced Automation Systems on Marine / Cruise ship type going vessels. Provide day to day service for the marine customers on and offshore including emergency services globally. Execute small scale service add-ons and projects. Participate in DCS upgrades together with the product line and operations team. This position will be based in Mexico.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Provide Demand Services to ships visiting US and Caribbean ports.
Most of the work will be completed while the ships are in service and Dry Docked.
Inhouse software preparations.
Execute upgrade projects together with Valmet's global marine teams.
