Lay out and fabricate aluminum structural parts using blueprints, sketches, and templates.
Install temporary fasteners, clips, brackets, gaskets, liners, and related components.
Perform tack welding to hold components in place prior to final welding.
Cut, bend, flange, and shape aluminum materials using hand and power tools.
Operate tools such as grinders, skill saws, and other fabrication equipment.
Inspect fit-up work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
3+ years of ship fitting or marine fabrication experience.
