Marine Superintendent

Job Summary:

The Marine Superintendent is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of assigned vessels. This role ensures vessels meet all statutory, company, and client requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, environmental protection, and operational performance. The Marine Superintendent acts as a key link between ship and shore management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure vessels are operated safely and in full compliance with international regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS, MLC) and flag state requirements
• Monitor vessel performance, voyage execution, and navigational practices
• Conduct vessel inspections, audits, and ship visits as required
• Support Masters and Officers with operational, navigational, and safety matters
