Marine Technical Superintendent

Summary Canadian Adventure Charters is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Technical Superintendent to oversee the technical management and operational efficiency of our fleet of Ice‑classed Expedition & Research Vessels. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost‑effective operation of assigned vessels in compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
