Key Responsibilities:

  Underwrite P&I and Hull risks across the Japanese market in line with underwriting guidelines

  Evaluate risk profiles, structure renewals, and support bespoke risk solutions

  Develop and maintain long-term relationships with brokers and clients

  Monitor portfolio performance and contribute insights to regional and global teams

  Participate in domestic and regional travel as required for client engagement
