Marine Workshop Technician – Caterpillar 3516B Specialist

Bluebridge is seeking an experienced Marine Workshop Technician to join our growing technical team. Based primarily at our workshop facility, this role supports the maintenance, repair, overhaul, and troubleshooting of equipment across our ferry fleet. While diesel engine maintenance forms a significant part of the role, successful applicants will be expected to work on a wide range of shipboard systems and machinery. The role offers a diverse workload covering workshop repairs, onboard maintenance, breakdown response, major overhauls, fabrication support, and vessel projects. Previous experience working in a marine environment is highly desirable.
