Overview

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of recreational programs for children. Leaders will supervise children and maintain an environment that is safe and inclusive.

Qualifications

• Criminal Reference Check (18+ years of age) and a Vulnerable Sector Screening (19+ years of age) in accordance with the Police Record Checks Reform Act (PRCRA). Applications can be completed online through your local Police station.
• Must have valid Standard First Aid and CPR C (or willingness to acquire)
• HIGH FIVE Principles of Healthy Child Development (or willingness to acquire)
• Must be 16+ years of age
• Experience working or volunteering with children aged 4 to 12 years
• Available during before & after school hours Monday to Friday
• Must have transportation to after school location
