Maritime Chartering Director

We are hiring an experienced Chartering Manager based in Mumbai or Kolkata.

He/She will be responsible for chartering function in select routes through optimized vessel utilization, negotiating profitable agreements and navigating market complexities, drive business development initiatives, build key industry relationships, and collaborate with high-performing team to ensure operational excellence and sustain growth in this dynamic and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end chartering activities for Supramax in Indian ocean region
• Drive growth in existing business and explore new trade opportunities, with a special focus on high-margin, untapped front-haul routes which hold strong potential
• Negotiate and finalize voyage and time charter agreements to maximize profitability while minimizing commercial risk
