Market Access-Payer Innovation Lead-Shanghai/Beijing

ROLE PURPOSE

This position acts as the bridge between commercial payer and business, enabling Sanofi to lead the market in innovative access solutions.

The Payer Innovation Lead shapes Sanofi China’s next-generation multi-payer affordability and payment innovation agenda.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Innovative Payment Models

+ Design and implement innovative payment solutions, including:
+ outcomes-based agreements
+ risk-sharing models
+ staged / milestone-based payments
+ blended multi-payer reimbursement pathways
+ Build structured affordability models tailored to high-value therapies and multi-indication products.

2. Evidence & Analytics

+ Lead advanced payer analytics, including affordability modeling, actuarial logic, risk pools, and cost-impact simulations.
+ Deliver payer-ready insights for post-NRDL affordability programs and lifecycle optimization.
