Market & Access Strategy
Deliver market assessments from an access perspective, mapping current and potential reimbursement drivers and structuring tailored approaches for external stakeholders.
Analyze standard of care and value positioning across high-cost therapies in neuroscience.
Assess comparative positioning and link evidence drivers with pricing and contracting strategies.
