About the Role & Team

IDC is seeking a Market Research Analyst to join the Imaging Solutions team. This role will be based out of our Mexico City office in a Hybrid work schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain forecasting and segmentation models to analyze imaging solutions industry trends across markets in Latin America and other regions.
• Track vendor market revenues and shares, and develop vendor/industry relationships.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all program deliverables.
• Demonstrate proficiency in delivering compelling presentations and written communications.
• Assist with the presentation of insights to clients.
• Assist in the development of survey questions for consumers and businesses in the region.
• Assist with other ongoing research projects/programs as needed.
