Market Demand Manager (Nutrition)

JOB PURPOSE







This role exists to masterfully handle complexity and navigate strategic trade‑offs in support of the Country Business Unit team. As an expert in demand planning and S&OP, this role translates insights into actionable business intelligence and ensures that all cross‑functional inputs are integrated into a cohesive, well‑aligned business forecast. Acting as a citizen data scientist, the role leverages and interprets data to produce a central forecast that is unbiased, accurate, and aligned at the Business Unit level.
