Market Development Manager, Upstream Marketingは、マーケットアクセスの最大化と新製品ローンチの成功を主導し、事業成長に直結する戦略的な役割を担います。市場導入戦略の策定から実行、主要プロジェクトのリードまで、事業部の成長に大きなインパクトを与えるポジションです。医療現場・患者様への貢献を実感しながらキャリアを築ける重要な機会です。

**業務内容**

+ マーケットアクセス最大化に向けた戦略プロジェクトの企画・推進・実行
+ 重点製品の導入および市場拡大を目的としたビジネスプランの策定・提案・実行
+ パイプライン製品および新製品の日本市場導入に向けた評価・戦略立案・推進
+ 事業成長に貢献する各種アドホックプロジェクトの企画・遂行
