We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join the USANA’s Japan market development team as a market development supervisor. Drive engagement initiatives with brand partners and key leaders, to strengthen their connection with the USANA community and support sustainable business growth.

Identify, develop, and mentor emerging leaders through ongoing monitoring, coaching, and follow-up to enhance their performance and long-term potential.
