This is the role

As the Market Director, Content for Norway, you define and execute an integrated content and platform strategy in close partnership with Podimo Studios, Labels and global Platform teams, with clear ownership of the content and platform KPIs that underpin growth, engagement and monetisation.

You’ll get full ownership of content investment decisions, budget discipline, forecasting accuracy and the definition, tracking and optimisation of KPIs, balancing bold creative bets with rigorous performance management and transparent reporting against market and global targets.
