Role Overview

Providing marketing communications support to the business in the UK, Ireland and Singapore, you will help implement the UP Marketing Strategy across marketing communications activities and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Event Management: Support logistics for industry events, webinars, venue organization, set‑up, stock ordering, invitations, follow‑up, reporting, inventory of promotional items and attend UK events as needed.
• Website Management: Create, maintain pages and content for events and products/services; upload documentation; report monthly on conversions and leads.
• Marketing Communications: Write campaign content, use key message documents, research and tools such as Copilot and Adobe Express; run monthly industry email campaigns via Salesforce; schedule and measure social media content on two channels across three countries using Hootsuite and Canva.
