Shilte AI is scaling fast We're looking for a Market Lead to drive revenue, partnerships, and brand growth. This is a 6-month high-impact contract designed for a sales hunter who loves equity and uncapped commissions over a boring desk job.
Your Mission
Drive Revenue: Own the sales funnel and onboard the next 50+ paying clients.
Build Alliances: Negotiate and close strategic MOUs with industry leaders.
Scale the Brand: Position Shilte AI as the #1 automation tool in Kenya.
Influence Product: Work directly with the CEO to align tech with market needs.
High-Upside Package
Uncapped Commissions: 10% on your first 50 clients; 15% thereafter.
Equity: 3% stake in Shilte AI Ltd (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff).
Performance Bonuses:
50,000 KES for first 50 paying users
30,000 KES for every verified strategic partnership (MOU)
50,000 KES on hitting revenue milestones
