Reporting to the Senior Market Merchandiser, the role of the Market Merchandiser is to be the expert in your market and drive profitable growth by managing the commercial plan in partnership with the Area Team.​ This role is responsible for allocation and replenishment to maximize the selling as well as stock ownership as it relates to sale and activation planning in Area East, including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
What you will do:
Act on sales opportunities/threats for your market, communicate them to the Senior Market Merchandiser, Regional Concept Merchandiser and Area Teams
Perform store visits and work alongside area teams to follow up on commercial actions.
Liaise with merchandising team regarding intake, ranging and allocations
Work with the Visual Merchandising team to potentialize local activity
