**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

The President, Physician Enterprise of the Market reports to the System SVP of PE Region with a dotted line report to the System SVP of PE COO. This position is responsible for strategy, IDN growth, and operational performance of the Physician Enterprise (PE) in the Market, grounded in the mission and vision of CommonSpirit Health and delivering on its Market-specific strategic, operational and clinical priorities. Leader is responsible for driving engagement, buy-in, and alignment with market strategic growth and ensuring operational success through partnerships with key National, Region and Market stakeholders.

This role oversees all market-level provider planning and physician and advanced practice alignment strategies regardless of alignment type while being accountable for the development of the employed Physician Enterprise.
