Job Description

Reporting to the Business Development Director and in close collaboration with the Marketing and Strategy teams, you will provide accurate and actionable market intelligence through both desk research and fieldwork, focusing on the local industry and community practices.

 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis, including competitor benchmarking, market sizing, and trend identification.
Engage directly with local artisans, distributors, and other field stakeholders to gather practical insights.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources (primary and secondary research, surveys, industry reports, internal databases).
Compile reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to management and support strategic decision-making.
Monitor industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes relevant to the business.
