Market Research Assistant

Job Description:

• Provide Website & Application Operation, including but are not limited to: Handle inquiries from panelists, Exchange Points, User handling, Documenting work and preparing reports
• Support Vice President, Global Panel & Partnership Development in terms of Panel Management.
• Have full knowledge and use internal solutions for Panel Management.
• Work on routine operations as may be assigned.
• Determines customers' needs and shares them with the team.
• Understand market competition by comparing the own panel product to competitors` products.
• Keep improving technical and research knowledge.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field
• Good written and verbal communications skills in English language
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software
