JOB SUMMARY:
Responsibilities
Collaborate with architects and other developers on specifications, designs, standards, code reviews, and test capabilities, and deployment decisions
Lead a team of developers through meaningful engagements, mentoring, and a community driven attitude.
Demonstrate leadership with a strong sense of personal accountability
Partner with Product, Project, QA, DevOps, and Support teams to release high-quality software and ensure its reliable operation in production
Work collaboratively with team members and project stakeholders to create realistic and reliable estimates for work
Participate and research production issues when needed
Contribute to our knowledge base by documenting your work
