Job Summary:
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to efficiently handle multiple marketing and administrative tasks. Able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, business partners, and clients. Supports marketing, sales, and business partner operations while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency across all materials and documentation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Operations Department
Prepare and process documents such as Purchase Requisitions, Requests for Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, and related sales documentation.
Handle Bidding Documents, Accreditations, and Documentation Renewals.
Review and process Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Manage BP Deal Registration, Portal Access, Lead Acceptance, and Database Records.
