Description:**Job Summary**The Marketing Analyst assists the Senior Marketing Manager in designing, implementing, assessing and managing marketing and advertising plans with the primary goal of generating online and on-site traffic of qualified prospective residents to the communities within EPC's portfolio.Based on the understanding of corporate goals, analysis of trends and assessment of previous initiatives, the Marketing team designs above-the-line and below-the-line initiatives such as advertising campaigns, communication plans, promotions, and events.In addition, the Marketing team leads the company's efforts to understand the profile and behavior of our customers and defines segments that allow the execution of tailored activation plans.Among other responsibilities, the Marketing Analyst develops weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to develop a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio's marketing results and the performance of sub-markets, including notable market trend...
