This role will focus on identifying what students truly need, designing innovative approaches to reach them, and working cross-functionally to implement strategies that result in measurable growth. You will continuously generate actionable ideas, test new marketing and product approaches, collaborate with internal teams to implement winning strategies, and optimize performance based on real student behavior. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with a hands-on growth mindset and a deep curiosity about how students use AI for learning.
