Marketing and Brand Designer

Role Overview

This role supports the creative team by producing high-quality, on-brand, and compliant design assets for U.S. healthcare marketing initiatives. Working offshore, this role focuses on reliable execution, adaptation, and production of approved creative within established design systems, templates, and brand guidelines. The Designer partners closely with senior designers, copywriters, and content teams to deliver assets that are activation-ready across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution Across Channels

• Design on-brand content assets for digital and social media, email and SMS, direct mail, thought leadership materials (white paper layouts, webinar slides), and event assets using established templates and guidelines.

• Adapt complex healthcare and product information into clear, accessible visual layouts for U.S. audiences.
